Booking & payment conditions
Client
A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable booking deposit of 30 % has been received not later than 5 working days from booking or according to separate agreement. If payment isn’t done we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. Outstanding balance is due to be paid at least 45 days before event date or according to separate agreement. If booking is made within 45 days prior to event then 100 % is paid as confirmation of the booking or according to separate agreement.
Cancellation of your booking can be made at any time. The cancellation will be accepted when we receive a written confirmation (by email). If booking is cancelled more than 45 days before the event date then 30 % cancellation fee applies. If booking is cancelled within 45 days before the event day then 100 % cancellation fee applies and no refunds can be made or according to separate agreement.
Force One
If we, Force One, for some reasons (weather, suppliers etc) need to make changes to the booking and/or prices and/or programs, we will inform immediately. If we need to cancel, then we will try to find suitable alternatives of an equal standard. Should you not wish to accept these alternatives then we will give a full refund of all paid amount once we have received funds from the relevant supplier(s).
