In development we use our Graphic Coaching method where we coach and plan towards creating the situational picture of today and finally the Road Map. We will reason into the future about coming challenges and expectations. The visualizing work structures up a map and a plan with obstacles and goals, to finally make a road and strategy for how to reach there. These visionary and creative workshops can be formed to suit any innovation work, problem-solving, strategy or development case.
The coaching extends to any process which needs a holistic perspective. By visualizing, our experts gestures tools and guiding to achieve wanted results, which could all be bundled up and wrapped up with, for example an incentive or teambuilding activity combined.
